The following counseling services are available:
- Counseling Quick Questions (Ask a Counselor)
You can email a counselor at firstname.lastname@example.org for quick questions regarding general topics, such as, summer/fall registration dates and form processing assistance. These are for quick question and answer sessions and are NOT designed for intensive information. Your student record will not be accessed. This can take up to 3 business days for a response.
If we are unable to fully respond to your questions, we will refer you to drop-in counseling services or to schedule an appointment.
Counselors are also available for brief advisement sessions, commonly referred to as Drop-in counseling. Drop-ins are 10-15 minute brief counseling sessions via phone (and/or Zoom) and are intended to address quick questions specific to a student’s academic record. During these sessions, counselors will be able to access your personal information and provide details specific to your academic record. Drop-in counseling is available same-day, and a counselor will contact you via phone or email within a 2-3 hour time frame.
